On 18 October, CERCIOEIRAS celebrated its 50th anniversary with great joy and emotion at a tribute dinner that brought together founders, employees, families, volunteers, partners, public entities and members of the governing bodies. It was a remarkable moment that marked five decades of work, dreams and people, five decades of a cause that has become a home for so many over time.

OCP was proud to be present at this very special moment, with the attendance of its executive director, Dr. Alexandre Dias, and its artistic team, OCP musicians Ana Maria Santos and Rui Borges Maia.

Notas de Contacto, an inclusive ensemble of people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities (a solidarity programme of the Portuguese Chamber Orchestra), has been promoting inclusion and active citizenship through music, in partnership with CERCIOEIRAS since 2009.
