Talks
The OCP-AM Tertulias were born out of the need to provide the members of the Jovem Orquestra Portuguesa with contact with different horizons of knowledge, complementary to the intense artistic training of the meetings. The themes are diverse, as a result of the versatility in the choice of the guests who organise each talk.
They provide an informal environment where participants can discuss ideas, share knowledge and debate relevant issues, promoting the exchange of perspectives, stimulating critical thinking and helping to establish social connections between them.

OCP-AM's Body Awareness programme was born out of an absolute and unequivocal relationship between the body and the musical instrument. This pioneering idea was introduced by the Orquestra de Câmara Portuguesa team into the routine of orchestral musicians in 2007 at its foundation.
