By offering international programmes, body awareness sessions and intellectually stimulating lectures, we aim to provide a unique and enriching experience. These initiatives not only hone the skills of the musicians, but also enrich the community by promoting culture and the appreciation of music in its entirety.

The OCP-AM Talks were born out of the need to provide the members of the Jovem Orquestra Portuguesa with contact with different horizons of knowledge, complementary to the intense artistic training of the seasonal formative meetings. The themes are diverse, as a result of the versatility in the choice of the guests who organise each talk.

OCP-AM's Body Awareness programme was born out of an absolute and unequivocal relationship between the body and the musical instrument. This pioneering idea was introduced by the Orquestra de Câmara Portuguesa team into the routine of orchestral musicians in 2007 at its foundation.
